With more than 6,000 retail customers and adding 200 new customers a month, a leading merchant services organization in the Payments industry wanted their new merchant account applicants to be able to upload documents used for the underwriting approval process directly and securely into Salesforce. The company was receiving application documents through email and then manually copying those documents into their Salesforce file room. Although the company has an interest in Customer Community, they could not dedicate funds or personnel to its management yet. Instead, being tasked with doing more with less, the company knew they needed a new approach for managing their document upload to Salesforce.

Rithom provided this client with a perfect solution. Each merchant account applicant is now provided a secure URL unique to their company. The URL takes the customer to their own individual Salesforce Site page, where they can upload their application documents securely and directly into Salesforce.
