We engaged Rithom for our initial SF migration in 2014, and they were invaluable as we transitioned from our legacy CRM to SF. Since 2014, we've engaged Rithom at least half a dozen times for various SF projects and integrations. We are a demanding client, and Rithom is one of the view vendors that consistently meet and exceed our expectations. I'd recommend them to anyone.

In conjunction with our merger of three companies into one, we hired Rithom to help us migrate all data and processes from these three companies onto one Salesforce platform. Products included Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, High Velocity Sales, and Partner Community as well as a long list of application installs and some additional API development related to integrations with other systems like NetSuite, ControlScan and Infinicept. In the course of the project, we were acquired by a new parent company which resulted in yet one more migration of their data and processes into our unified Salesforce instance. We have found Rithom very knowledgeable and nimble through all of this. They have been considerably helpful with helping us determine priorities and providing us with the information we need to make decisions.

The team at Rithom are first class. They have been instrumental in our way forward as we migrated through the switch over and the hand off to the project manager was seamless. There is not a week that goes by that they don't help me in some facet. The project manager was responsive to all inquiries and her work is impeccable. They have been able to make any and all adjustments to our platform as needed, and is usually completed before the time she quoted.

Rithom Consulting LLC has a very well structured program to get you started with Pardot. Their technical work related to get us up and running was quick and seamless. They were very easy to work with. Most of all, I really valued the training. I was able to schedule one-on-one sessions with their knowledgeable Pardot consultant. These predefined topic areas do a good job of capturing the key ways we want to use Pardot. I could go at my own pace, which allowed me to try the different Pardot features on real world use cases with support along the way. I have very limited experience with email marketing and I found the Rithom training program a great way to learn about a tool like Pardot. Setting up and using Pardot would have been way more difficult for me without Rithom Consulting. I would definitely recommend to others that are somewhat new to email marketing platforms.

Rithom is a professional outfit with a personal touch. They are the single biggest reason for our stellar user adoption rate. The Rithom team truly views this as a strategic engagement and they seek the true problem at hand instead of merely taking an order or fulfilling a request.
