OutGo360 invested in Salesforce.com and the Community Portal platform for internal process and data management, as well as a place for users to login and view their contract and savings in real time.


OutGo360 partnered with Rithom Consulting to build a roadmap, strategy, and implement a solution that replaced their home grown system and enhanced the data collection and customer visibility model.
