Rithom Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong consulting background to join its diverse team. Successful candidates should demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as a strong Salesforce knowledge and the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, managers, and senior executives.As a Rithom Project Manager, you will lead a project team to deliver Salesforce solutions around business processes to clients. We are seeking a person experienced in working with business stakeholders and guiding them through best practices for using Salesforce. The PM will lead meetings such as discovery sessions and solution reviews while keeping the client up to date via our project portal. The PM will also be responsible for the on-time and on-budget delivery of the project to the stakeholders.RITHOM RESPONSIBILITIES:

 -  Review and identify gaps and risks in proposed statements of work

Provide project management insights to sales for growth and enterprise organizations

 - Able to understand and document Campaign to Cash business process

 - Conduct business process review sessions with Client Subject Matter Experts

 - Ensure alignment of business process to Salesforce functionality

 - Document gaps between business process and current Salesforce functionality

 - Successfully map requirements to implementation plan

 - Review Technical Design documentation (user stories) with Lead Technical Architect

 - Review and Confirm that Technical Team builds system to design

 - Perform/Review Quality Assurance Testing

 - Update and Log Time against SOW Items in Project Portal

 - Review and Confirm Time Logs from Project Team

 - Manage Project Budget

 - Create/Generate Project Status Reports for Review in Project Portal

 - Hold weekly reviews of project progress with Client

Create Change Requests with Account Manager as needed

Review progress on projects with Delivery Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 - Deep Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies (Agile and Waterfall most commonly used)

 - Deep knowledge of Sales, Service, Field Service, and Marketing Process and Terminology

 -  - Certifications in Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant are strongly recommended

 - Certifications in Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist, and Advanced Administrator are a plus

 - Minimum 5 years professional experience - ideally in business solutions

 - Strong verbal and written communication skills

 - Strong analytical, organization, and project management skills

 - Strong presentation skills
