  • Operating on a custom designed web interface and a mySQL database, the setup in place was very limiting to adapt, scale, and grow as their customer demands for data tracking increased.
The Solution

Rithom provided a comprehensive solution using Salesforce Sites, enabling a seamless and secure RMA process:

  • OutGo360 invested in Salesforce.com and the Community Portal platform for internal process and data management, as well as a place for users to login and view their contract and savings in real time.
  • OutGo360 partnered with Rithom Consulting to build a roadmap, strategy, and implement a solution that replaced their home grown system and enhanced the data collection and customer visibility model.
