Description
This is a highly visible and client-facing strategic role. As our Solutions Architect, you will serve as the bridge between our clients' business needs and our technical delivery teams. You will lead client discovery sessions, understand business processes and objectives, identify gaps and opportunities, and translate requirements into well-defined solutions that can be successfully implemented by our technical teams.
We are looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial technical leader who is comfortable working directly with clients, leading discovery conversations, asking the right questions, and taking ownership of client engagements. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to balance strategic thinking with the ability to get into the details when needed.
This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and clients, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and produce clear, actionable documentation. You will be responsible for taking requirements from initial discovery through solution design, development, testing, and delivery while ensuring the final solution meets the client's business objectives.
Rithom Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand business objectives, processes, pain points, and desired outcomes
- Conduct business process review sessions with client Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders
- Analyze current-state processes and define future-state business processes and solutions
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities within proposed solutions and Statements of Work
- Translate client discussions and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Develop technical requirements and solution documentation for development teams
- Partner with Lead Technical Architects and developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure technical solutions remain aligned with documented requirements and client expectations
- Map business requirements to implementation plans, project deliverables, and technical solutions
- Review development work to confirm that the technical team is building according to the approved solution and requirements
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide guidance to technical team members
- Provide solution engineering and discovery support to Sales for growth and enterprise opportunities
- Present proposed solutions and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Perform Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing to validate that solutions meet documented requirements
- Identify and communicate project risks, assumptions, and potential gaps to the Project Manager and client
- Manage multiple client engagements and priorities while maintaining strong communication and documentation
- Update and log time against action items in the Project Portal
- Review project progress and outstanding action items with the Project Manager
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and serve as a trusted advisor to the client
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience working directly with clients and leading discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and technical requirements
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and solution design
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and competing priorities
- Strong collaboration skills with developers, architects, project managers, sales teams, and client stakeholders

Rithom Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong consulting background to join its diverse team. Successful candidates should demonstrate leadership, flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, team members, managers, and senior executives.
As a Rithom Project Manager, you will lead project teams through the successful delivery of client engagements from initiation through completion. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to establish project goals, understand business needs, define requirements, develop implementation plans, manage scope, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The Project Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for the client, facilitating project meetings, maintaining clear and consistent communication, managing expectations, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring project teams remain aligned with agreed-upon objectives and deliverables.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities. They should be able to navigate complex client environments, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership of project outcomes.
Rithom Responsibilities
- Review proposed Statements of Work to identify project risks, assumptions, dependencies, gaps, and potential delivery concerns
- Provide project management and delivery insights during pre-sales and business development activities
- Lead project kickoff, discovery, planning, status, solution review, and other client-facing meetings
- Partner with client stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to understand business objectives, processes, requirements, and desired outcomes
- Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood by the project team
- Translate project requirements into an actionable implementation plan and project schedule
- Establish project scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project progress, risks, issues, decisions, and upcoming activities
- Manage project scope and identify potential scope changes or out-of-scope requests
- Create and manage Change Requests in partnership with the Account Manager as needed
- Monitor project budgets, hours, timelines, and resource utilization
- Review and approve project team time entries and ensure time is accurately tracked against project activities and Statements of Work
- Create and maintain project status reports and provide regular updates to clients and internal leadership
- Facilitate weekly project status meetings and ensure action items, decisions, and next steps are clearly documented
- Identify, track, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues
- Escalate project concerns appropriately and develop recommendations for resolution
- Coordinate with technical and functional team members to ensure deliverables meet requirements and quality standards
- Review project deliverables and coordinate Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing activities
- Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed-upon requirements, timelines, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action when projects are at risk of schedule, budget, scope, or quality objectives
- Work closely with Delivery Managers and leadership to communicate project health, resource needs, and delivery concerns
- Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the engagement
- Conduct project closeout activities, including final deliverables, client acceptance, lessons learned, and transition to ongoing support when applicable
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Proven experience managing client-facing projects from initiation through completion
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Strong requirements-gathering and business analysis skills
