Education Provider Automates Enrollment with Salesforce - Mundrisoft LMS Integration

Introduction

An Education and Training organization modernized its registration process by integrating Salesforce with its Learning Management System (LMS), Mundrisoft. With disconnected systems previously causing delays and duplicate data entry, the organization partnered with Rithom to streamline enrollment, sync course offerings, and provide flexible learning track options, all from within Salesforce.

The Challenge

The organization relied on two disconnected platforms: Salesforce to manage course sales and Mundrisoft LMS to manage classes, instructors, and learning content.


Without integration, staff had to manually transfer student data between systems, creating inefficiencies, misalignments, and limited visibility for both sales and instructional teams. The client needed an automated and scalable way to link course sales with student registration, but the LMS did not have a public API available at the time.


The Solution

Rithom delivered a custom integration between Salesforce and Mundrisoft that unified the organization’s sales and education workflows. Because Mundrisoft’s LMS did not have a pre-existing API, Rithom partnered directly with their development team to help stand one up, enabling real-time, bi-directional data flow between systems.

  • Product & Course Syncing: Matched LMS courses with Salesforce products to ensure accurate sales and registration alignment.
  • Automated Student Registration: When a Salesforce order was marked Closed-Won, students were automatically registered into the LMS. New students were also created automatically if needed.
  • Class Scheduling: Added the ability to configure and schedule classes directly in Salesforce, including date ranges and minimum and maximum seat counts, and sync those schedules to the LMS.
  • Learning Tracks: Enabled curriculum "tracks" that bundle multiple courses under a single purchase. Students can select and attend any classes within their access period.
  • Two-Way Visibility: Instructors and sales reps can now view real-time student registration and course participation from within Salesforce.

Results

By unifying Salesforce and Mundrisoft, the organization eliminated manual bottlenecks and unlocked new capabilities:
